Amazon Marketplace Operations
Amazon Account Management Services
One operating team across launch, growth, marketplace operations and profitability.
Scope is not the same for every seller. A launch engagement usually begins with research and sourcing, because there is no account or product yet. An established seller more often begins with account health, advertising, inventory or a transition from a previous operator. These are the eight areas Trexa can take responsibility for, and where each one sits in the system.
Where to begin
Scope depends on where you are starting
Launching on Amazon
No product or Seller Central account yet. Scope usually starts at research and sourcing and runs through setup, listing foundations and launch before becoming ongoing operations.
Already selling on Amazon
An account with history. Scope usually starts with an audit and a documented baseline, then a transition from whoever is operating it today, then the same ongoing management relationship.
LAUNCH 3 service areas
Before anything is listed
Product Research & Opportunity Validation
Who normally needs itSellers preparing to launch, and established sellers evaluating a new product line.
We assess whether an opportunity is worth capital before any is committed. That means demand and its stability, who already holds the category, what the listing page looks like today, what Amazon takes in fees, and what margin survives at a realistic landed cost.
Most Amazon problems are decided here. A product with thin margin cannot be advertised into profitability, and no amount of operational quality fixes an economics problem.
The margin identified here sets the advertising budget PPC can defend, and the sell-through assumption drives the first inventory order.
A shortlist with demand, competition, fee and margin workings attached, plus the risks we can see and the assumptions we cannot yet verify.
Product Sourcing & Supplier Management
Who normally needs itLaunching sellers, and existing sellers adding products or changing supplier.
Supplier and distributor discovery, quotation comparison, sample review where relevant, MOQ and commercial terms. The path differs by model: private label runs through manufacturers and specification, wholesale and reselling run through authorised distribution and approvals.
Landed cost, lead time and minimum order quantity decide whether the economics found in research survive contact with reality.
Lead times set the replenishment cycle inventory has to plan around, and unit cost becomes the floor under every pricing and advertising decision.
A comparison of viable suppliers, quoted terms, sample findings where applicable, and a recommended sourcing route with its trade-offs.
Seller Central Setup & Launch Readiness
Who normally needs itSellers without an operating Seller Central account, and sellers entering a new category or marketplace.
Seller Central preparation, relevant category and brand approvals, catalog structure, listing foundations and FBA inbound requirements. The work that has to be correct before the first unit ships.
Approvals and catalog structure are far cheaper to get right before launch than to unpick afterwards, and a badly structured variation family is a permanent tax on everything downstream.
Catalog structure determines how listings can be optimised and how advertising can be targeted. Approvals determine whether a product can be listed at all.
A configured account, cleared approvals where required, a catalog structure that accommodates planned variations, and an inbound plan.

Visibility and demand
Amazon Listing Optimization & SEO
Who normally needs itAny seller whose listings have not been rebuilt against current search behaviour.
Keyword research, titles, bullets, backend search terms, indexing and listing structure, built around how shoppers actually search and buy. Conversion is treated as part of the same job, not a separate one.
Traffic without conversion creates weak advertising economics. Listing quality, relevance and conversion therefore need to be evaluated alongside keyword visibility and PPC.
Conversion rate strongly affects what paid traffic produces. Indexing is checked rather than assumed: if important terms are not properly represented, organic discoverability suffers and listing relevance may also weaken advertising performance.
Keyword coverage mapped against the catalog, rewritten listing content, indexing checks, and a record of what changed and when.
Amazon PPC Management & Product Launch
Who normally needs itLaunching sellers needing a launch foundation, and established sellers whose advertising is disconnected from inventory and margin.
Campaign structure, keyword and ASIN targeting, search-term mining, bid and budget management across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display where applicable, including launch-stage advertising.
Advertising is the fastest way to spend money badly. Structure decides whether spend is legible, and search-term review decides whether it compounds or leaks.
Budget is capped by margin, demand is capped by inventory, efficiency is strongly influenced by listing conversion, and none of it is worth spending against an ASIN that is about to go out of stock.
A campaign structure you can read, a search-term review cadence, bid and budget decisions with reasons recorded, and ACoS and TACoS interpreted against account economics.
OPERATE 2 service areas
Keeping the account healthy and in stock
Inventory, FBA & Logistics Management
Who normally needs itAny seller carrying inventory, particularly those whose advertising and purchasing are decided by different people.
Demand forecasting, replenishment planning, FBA shipment creation and inbound coordination, plus the exception work: stranded inventory, receiving discrepancies and stock-out risk.
Stock position is an operational input to visibility, not just a warehouse detail. Stock-outs interrupt sales continuity and can weaken organic visibility. Recovery may take time and, where appropriate, additional advertising support.
Advertising creates the demand that consumes stock, lead times from sourcing set the reorder point, and stock-outs can undermine listing and ranking work.
A forecast and reorder plan, prepared inbound shipments, exception handling, and visibility of what is at risk and when.
Account Health & Catalog Management
Who normally needs itEvery account. Larger catalogs and variation-heavy categories need it most.
Performance notifications, Seller Support cases, suppressed listings, variation problems and catalog errors. The unglamorous work that decides whether everything else can function.
A suppressed listing or an unresolved policy notification can remove an offer from the market regardless of how well it is being advertised and stocked.
Catalog and account health sit across the whole system rather than in sequence with it. Either can interrupt advertising, ranking and availability at the same time.
Monitoring, cases raised and tracked to resolution, catalog corrections, and a log of what was found and what was done.
IMPROVE 1 service area
Margin and expansion
Profitability, Reimbursements & Expansion
Who normally needs itEstablished sellers, and any account where reporting exists but has never reached margin.
P&L visibility, margin review, FBA reimbursement opportunities and fee discrepancies, plus planning for additional products or marketplaces once the current operation is stable.
Revenue growth that does not reach margin is not growth. Potential FBA reimbursements and fee discrepancies are reviewed so eligible claims or corrections are not left unaddressed.
Margin sets what advertising can spend, what pricing can absorb and whether expansion is affordable, which makes this the section every other one reports into.
Regular P&L review, reimbursement claims filed and tracked, fee discrepancies raised, and an expansion view grounded in economics.
Why the scope holds together
These do not work as eight separate contracts
Advertising creates demand, demand consumes inventory, availability supports sales continuity and organic visibility, ranking and listing quality shape conversion, conversion strongly affects advertising efficiency, and all of it lands in profitability. Catalog and account health can interrupt the chain at any point. Split across separate vendors, nobody owns the joins.
