Full-service Amazon account management

Start where you are. We take it from there.

Full-service Amazon account management – listings, SEO, advertising, inventory, catalog and account health run by one accountable team. Whether you’re choosing a first product or handing over an account that’s already selling, you keep ownership of the account and the inventory while we operate the business. Our fee is a negotiated share of profit rather than a flat monthly retainer.

Two ways in. One way of working.

Most Amazon agencies need an account and a product to already exist. Some of our clients come to us before either does. Others come with a business that’s running and under-managed, or with an operator they’re ready to leave. The first few months look different depending on where you start. Everything after that is the same full account management relationship.

Operate → Scale

Once we’re running the account, the relationship stops being a sequence and becomes a cycle. It repeats for as long as we work together, and again for every product you add.

Operate
Daily account management, restock planning, account health, advertising, reporting.
Scale
P&L review, reimbursement claims, margin work, expansion into the next product or marketplace.

Starting from zero

For anyone with capital and interest but no product and no Amazon account yet. The four stages are the same whichever opportunity we pursue — what changes is the work underneath.

Product research and validation. Supplier sourcing. Samples and negotiation. Product differentiation where required. Packaging and branding where applicable. Brand Registry and A+ content where eligible. Listing creation, logistics and launch.

Product and brand opportunity research. Supplier and distributor sourcing. Brand and category approval requirements. Margin and competition analysis. Replenishment planning. Listing and catalog management. FBA logistics, launch and ongoing operations.

Already selling

For an existing seller, a brand, or someone leaving another operator. Private label, wholesale and reselling, or a mixed catalog — all three are in scope.

  • AuditFull account, PPC, listing and SEO review. Inventory and FBA position, catalog and account-health issues, P&L and reimbursement opportunities.
  • StrategyWhat the account should be doing differently, in what order, and what it will take.
  • Optimize / TransitionFixes applied across listings, campaigns, catalog and inventory. Where there’s an existing agency or operator, a structured handover with no gap in coverage.

Full account management, on a profit-share structure

The scope is what you’d expect from a full-service Amazon agency. The fee is not. Instead of a flat monthly retainer, we’re paid an agreed share of profit, so the account has to perform for us to be paid. The account and the inventory remain yours throughout.

Everything your Amazon FBA business needs

Eight areas, one team, no handoffs between vendors. Not every client needs all eight from day one. An established seller with a healthy catalog may never need product hunting. A new account needs most of them in sequence. Scope is agreed after the review, not before.

Who this works for, and who it doesn’t

This is an operating partnership, not a package you buy. It works when both sides want the same thing and are honest about the risk involved.

A good fit if you’re starting from zero

  • You want to own an Amazon business without running it day to day
  • Capital available for inventory that can stay working
  • You can review and approve product decisions without long delays
  • You prefer a profit-share structure over a fixed monthly fee
  • You understand inventory can fail to sell and accept that risk

A good fit if you’re already selling

  • The account is running but under-managed, stalled, or taking more of your time than it should
  • You’re with an agency or operator you’re ready to leave, or coordinating several freelancers
  • You want one team accountable for listings, ads, inventory and account health together
  • You’re willing to give operational control and full account access
  • You’re open to profit share against an agreed baseline instead of a retainer

Not a fit either way

  • You’re looking for guaranteed or predictable returns
  • You need your capital back on a fixed timeline
  • You want to approve every operational decision
  • You expect income without buying inventory
  • You want us operating the same account alongside another operator

The people running your account

You’ll know exactly who is operating your business. Not a rotating support queue.

Tell us where you are today. We’ll come back with an honest read on the opportunity, what we’d look at first, and what the engagement would actually look like. If we don’t think it’s a fit, we’ll say so.

  • A recorded walkthrough from the team, not an automated report
  • The product categories we’d look at for your budget, and why
  • The realistic constraints and risks as we see them
  • The agreement and required disclosures to review before anything is signed
  • A recorded walkthrough of your live account
  • What we found across listings, advertising, inventory and account health
  • Reimbursement opportunities visible from the outside
  • What we’d change first, how a transition would work, and how the baseline would be established
  • The agreement and required disclosures to review before anything is signed

Questions worth asking before you commit

What does full account management include?

Listings and Amazon SEO, advertising, inventory and FBA logistics, catalog and account health, reporting, and profitability work including reimbursement claims. For clients starting from nothing it also covers product research, sourcing and Seller Central setup. Scope is agreed per account.

I’m already selling. Do I have to start over?

No. We audit what you have, agree what changes and in what order, and take over operations from there. Product research only enters the picture when you’re ready to add something new.

Can you take over from my current agency or operator?

Yes. We agree a handover sequence so there’s no gap in coverage, document the account’s position before we take over, and work through access, campaigns and in-flight inventory in order.

Do you work with private label, or wholesale and reselling?

Both, and mixed catalogs. The four stages are the same either way. What changes underneath is the work: a private-label opportunity involves differentiation, packaging and branding where applicable, while a wholesale or reselling opportunity centres on distributor sourcing, brand and category approvals, margin analysis and replenishment planning.

How are you paid?

An agreed share of profit rather than a monthly retainer. The structure is negotiated before we begin and written into the agreement.

I’m already profitable. How does that work?

For an account that’s already trading, we agree and document the account’s financial baseline before takeover. The profit-share mechanism for performance relative to that baseline is defined in the agreement, so you’re not paying us a share of what the account was already producing without us.

Who owns the Amazon account?

You do. It’s registered to you or your entity, in your name, and you keep full access throughout.

Who buys the inventory?

You do, with your capital. It’s your property. We research, recommend and negotiate, and you approve before anything is purchased.

How long until things are running?

For an existing account, operations start as soon as access and handover are complete. For a new account it depends on sourcing, supplier lead times, freight and Amazon approvals. We’ll give you a realistic range during the review rather than a number on a webpage.

What happens if a product doesn’t sell?

Inventory can fail to sell through. The agreement sets out how underperforming stock is handled, and we’ll walk you through that before you commit.

Is this passive income?

No. You’re the owner of a real business that carries real risk, and we won’t describe it as passive. Your time commitment is low because we handle operations, but ownership is not the same as passivity.

You’re a new company. Why should I trust you?

We’re early, and we’d rather say so than invent a client list. What we offer instead is named people you can look up, published terms, your ownership of the account and inventory, and a fee structure where we’re paid on results. Judge us on the review before committing to anything.

Can I end the agreement?

Yes, on the notice period in the agreement. The account and inventory remain yours.
