Privacy policy
What we collect, and what we do with it
This policy describes how Trexa handles information submitted through this website. It describes what the site actually does rather than what a policy of this kind usually says.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to information you submit through this website and to related interactions with it – the Amazon Review form, the contact form, and the pages around them. It is published by TREXA LLC.
It does not cover your own Amazon seller account, which is operated under Amazon’s terms and its own privacy arrangements, and it does not cover anything governed by a separate signed engagement agreement.
Information you provide
The main personal information Trexa asks you to provide is the information you enter into the forms described below. The website and its infrastructure may also process limited technical information needed to serve, secure and operate the site, as described later in this policy.

Contact form
- Your name
- Phone (optional)
- Company or brand (optional)
- What is this about
- Your message
The Amazon Review asks for its contact details plus the fields for the one route you select, so the other route’s fields are never submitted. The contact form has its own separate set. Fields marked optional can be left blank.
What we never ask for
Trexa does not ask you to provide primary Seller Central passwords, payment-card details, bank details or other sensitive account credentials through these forms. Please do not include them in free-text fields.
- There is no dedicated form field requesting this information
- No reply from Trexa will ask you for your primary Seller Central password
- Where an agreed engagement genuinely requires account access, it is granted through Amazon’s own permissions process rather than by sharing a password
Free-text boxes such as the message and goal fields accept whatever you type, so please keep credentials out of them. If you do send something sensitive by mistake, tell us through our contact page and we will remove it.
How submissions are used
- Responding to your enquiry
- Assessing the situation you have asked us to review
- Arranging and preparing for follow-up
- Maintaining operational records of enquiries and what was discussed
- Protecting the forms from automated abuse
Submissions are not used for marketing. There is no marketing consent option on either form because there is no marketing use.
Storage and access
A submission is recorded in this website’s own WordPress installation as a private record. It is not published, is not publicly reachable, and is excluded from the site’s public search and public application programming interfaces. Access is restricted to administrators of the website.
After a submission is recorded, an email notification may be sent to a Trexa mailbox so that the enquiry is seen and answered.
Retention
Trexa retains website enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to configured retention and deletion procedures.
Records can also be deleted on request, subject to applicable law and any legitimate record-keeping requirement.
Technical information used to protect the forms
Limited technical information may be processed temporarily to keep the forms working and to prevent automated abuse, for example to limit how many submissions can be sent from the same connection in a short period.
Under the current implementation, a raw IP address is not retained with the enquiry record.
Third-party services
The following third-party services are in use on this website. This list reflects the site’s current configuration.
- Google Fonts – external font resources used to render the site's typography
- Cloudflare Turnstile (bot verification on forms)
- A third-party scheduling provider (meeting booking)
- Email notification of form submissions
- Google Gemini API (automated replies in the site assistant)
Beyond those, the website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which necessarily processes requests made to the site in order to serve it. Where a service above is provided from outside your country, your request reaches it there.
The site assistant and AI messaging
The assistant in the corner of this website has a message box. If you type a question into it, that message, and a short amount of the immediately preceding conversation, is sent from Trexa’s server to Google’s Gemini API so an automated reply can be generated. Google is a third-party service provider for this feature and processes the message under its own terms.
The request is made server to server. Your browser does not contact Google directly. The request asks Google not to store the interaction, and no conversation identifier is carried between requests. We do not make claims about Google’s own retention practices beyond that.
The message box is not a form and is not used to collect names, email addresses or phone numbers. Please do not type passwords, account credentials or other sensitive information into it. If you want to send us details, use the Amazon Review or the contact form, which are described above.
The conversation is not written to the enquiry records described above, and it is not stored in this website’s database. While your browser tab is open, the assistant keeps the conversation in that tab’s own session storage so it survives closing and reopening the panel. It is discarded when the tab closes.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use cookies or similar technologies where required for site functionality, security, scheduling or analytics. The specific services in use may change as the site’s configuration changes.
WordPress itself sets cookies for users who log in to administer the site. Those are not set for ordinary visitors.
Sharing, and what we do not do
TREXA LLC does not sell information submitted through this website.
Information may be shared with service providers where that is needed to operate the website or to respond to your enquiry – for example hosting, or email delivery. Any such provider corresponds to a service actually in use, as described above. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Requests about your information
You may contact Trexa to ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information associated with a website enquiry, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Send the request through our contact page and tell us enough to identify the enquiry, such as the email address you used.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website and its configuration change. The current version is the one published on this page.
