About Trexa
An Amazon marketplace operations company
Trexa runs the operating work behind an Amazon business — for companies preparing to launch, and for accounts already trading that need a stronger operating system around them.
The account stays yours. The work is ours.
What Trexa is
An operating team, not a single-channel agency
Most Amazon support is organised around one function. A PPC agency runs advertising. A listing specialist writes content. A VA handles cases. Each can be good at the part they own, and none of them owns what happens between the parts.
Trexa is built around the whole operating system instead. Advertising, listings, inventory, catalog, account health and profitability are treated as one set of connected decisions, because that is how they behave in a real account.
Research, sourcing, Seller Central and catalog preparation, then launch — run by the team that will operate the result, so early decisions are made by people who have to live with them.
An audit, a documented starting position, a controlled handover from whoever operates it today, and then the same ongoing management relationship.
How we work
One accountable team, working to a cadence
The difference between advice and operations is who does the work after the meeting. Trexa operates the account rather than reporting on it.
The detail lives elsewhereHow the operating relationship actually runs — scope, cadence, reporting and the agreement structure — is set out on the full account management page.
Operating scope
The areas Trexa can take responsibility for
Not every engagement includes all of them from day one. Scope is agreed after a review.

Ownership
What stays yours, throughout
These are not concessions. They are the structure the engagement is built on, and they are written into the agreement.
Commercial structure
How Trexa is paid is a structure, not an identity
Trexa’s management compensation can be structured through an agreed profit-share arrangement rather than a fixed monthly retainer, so the fee moves with the economics of the account rather than sitting outside them.
That is a commercial arrangement, not what the company is. Trexa is an operations business. The profit-share structure exists because it aligns the work with the result, and its terms — the definition of profit, treatment of costs, and for an account already trading the documented starting baseline — are agreed in writing before management begins. No percentage or formula is published here, because those terms are negotiated per engagement.
Before you rely on anything hereSelling on Amazon carries commercial risk, and no outcome is promised. Please read the risk and earnings disclosure.
Work with us
Working with Trexa as an operator or specialist
Amazon operations need people who have actually done the work — advertising, catalog, inventory, sourcing, account health. As engagements require it, Trexa works with operators and specialists alongside the core team.
There is no open vacancy listed on this page, and we would rather say that plainly than publish a placeholder. If you operate in this field and think there is a fit, write to us and describe what you actually do. A specific note about real work is far more useful to us than a general application.
Start with where the business actually is.
Tell us the situation and we will come back with what we see and what we would want to look at next.
