The engagement agreement governs the engagement

These website Terms do not replace, amend or override a signed client engagement agreement.

Where a signed engagement agreement conflicts with a general description on this website concerning that client’s engagement, the signed agreement governs that engagement. An overview of the points such an agreement addresses is on the full account management page, and is an overview only.
